Delivery & Returns Policy
Most orders will be produced and dispatched within 10 business days, although we aim to get them out much faster.
Please note that the lead time is longer during exceptionally busy periods, particularly November and December, when orders can take up to four weeks to arrive.
At any time of year, if you have a 'need by date' please let us know, either in the Special Instructions box at checkout or by email, so we can prioritise your order in our production queue and get it delivered to you in time.
Domestic (UK Mainland) Deliveries
We ship almost of our UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for a flat rate of £5. Please let us know if there is a safe place to leave the parcel.
Should you require express delivery, we ship via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm or DHL for a flat rate of £15.00. Someone will need to be available to sign for your delivery, but you will be given the opportunity to reschedule the delivery or collect from the depot if this is not possible. Please note that we always need a day or so for production - so if you are in a huge rush please give us a call to see if this is possible.
If the delivery address is in certain postcodes in Southwest London, we offer a Local Delivery (by hand) service. If you live in other London postcodes, we can also arrange same-day courier service at reasonable prices.
If you live near our showroom and studio in Parsons Green, you are welcome to collect your order from 19 Heathmans Road, Ground Floor, London SW6 4TJ.
International Deliveries
Depending on the destination we send our international orders by Royal Mail Tracked International service or by DHL. Any local customs or import duties owed at delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you need to ship to a destination that is not currently on our website, please contact us on hello@initiallylondon.com to obtain a shipping quote. We'll do everything we can to get your order sent efficiently to wherever it is needed.
Returns Policy
All of our products are personalised just for you to your own specifications, so regrettably we are not able to accept returns. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before submitting it and double check your monogramming instructions. Initially London is not responsible for customer mistakes or errors in spelling, punctuation or grammar, order quantity, or other ordering errors.
However, if you receive a damaged item, or a monogram that differs from what you ordered, we will, of course, replace or refund it. In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us within 10 days, at hello@initiallylondon.com to organise a replacement.
