All of our products are personalised just for you to your own specifications, so regrettably we are not able to accept returns. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before submitting it and double check your monogramming instructions. Initially London is not responsible for customer mistakes or errors in spelling, punctuation or grammar, order quantity, or other ordering errors.
However, if you receive a damaged item, or a monogram that differs from what you ordered, we will, of course, replace or refund it. In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us within 10 days, at email@example.com to organise a replacement.
