Shipping policy

Our orders are despatched within 3 to 10 days by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for our £5.00 standard shipping option. Occasionally there is a delay due to difficulties stocking an item you've ordered. If this happens, we will let you know. During the exceptionally busy Christmas shopping season, our deliveries can take up to 4 weeks.

At any time, please advise us in the Special Instructions box at checkout, or by email, if you have a 'need by' date so we can prioritise your order. Be sure to choose Rush Shipping if you want to be sure the package is delivered by next day service to avoid mail delays.
