Here in Parsons Green, where our lovely Initially London Studio and Showroom is based, we are starting to see the first signs of Spring. We are relieved to see the familiar daffodils over on Parsons Green, preparing to bloom again and bringing with them the prospect of warmer days and picnics in the park.
The inspiration of a new season comes through in our product range, with new bespoke monogram fonts and Spring themed-motifs to make you smile. We have everything you need to celebrate Spring in your own way.
Motifs are a fun way to add an extra dimension to your monogram. Our motif collection is extensive, ranging from children's motifs such as footballs, ponies, unicorns, butterflies and dinosaurs, to sophisticated chinoiserie vases and mystical evil eyes. But the Spring-themed ones are really lovely as they include lots of floral and Easter themes. Motifs can be added to any of our products for a small additional charge to cover the sewing time.

Inspiration Around London
The Initially London team are so glad to be able to visit museums and galleries again now that Covid restrictions have relaxed, and the V&A’s Beatrix Potter ‘Drawn to Nature’ Exhibition is at the top of our list this Spring.
It's been 78 years since Beatrix Potter died and her illustrations remain as popular as ever. We pay homage to her beloved Peter Rabbit with our embroidered Peter motif, so adorable for Easter on our Gingham Bows or Mint St James washbag.
Our Gingham Bows have a simple velcro fastening and so are adaptable for multiple uses. Attach yours to a basket or seasonal wreath, or perhaps use it as a place setting on a table or chair. If you have any other creative uses then please feel free to send us a photo, we do love to see our products in situ.
Spring Theme Fonts
We share Beatrix Potter's love for nature and our bespoke Flower Font celebrates all things floral. This big single initial font is so colourful and boasts incredible detail with thousands of stitches in the design.
Flower Font looks amazing on your own products too, don’t forget we love it when you bring us in your own items to monogram. These adult-size demin jackets were given a new lease of life with their Floral monogram (we sell toddlers sizes to match!)

Spring Fitness Inspiration
For all our yoga enthusiasts, warmer weather means a chance to finally take the mat outside. We have some new yoga motifs that look great alongside your name or initials on a mat, and may even help you to focus on your mantras during practice. The Lotus Flower, Tree of Life and Om symbol are excellent choices if you want to add more decoration beside your monogram.
Did you know that if you have your own logo, we can digitalise your design to have it embroidered or etched onto your yoga gear. This personal touch is sure to set your mat apart and is great for instructors or personal trainers to advertise their service or offer matching gear to the group. We sell embroidered mats, bags and slings, as well as cork blocks and planks that are laser-etched with the same design.
