Our Dover baskets are made up of a combination of two separate weaves, resulting in a gorgeous textured design that gives the effect of crochet. This basket is generous in size yet lightweight so makes the perfect holiday bag, with room for extra purchases picked up along the way.
We designed this basket on a buying trip to Morocco, where palm leaves grow abundantly and are traditionally used for weaving. Both durable and sustainable, palm leaf is a natural material designed to last. Each basket is handmade by an Artisan Women’s Collective, with whom we worked closely to refine the shape and design, often over cups of mint tea!
