Have you seen the American trend for ironic boat totes? The original US supplier of boat totes, LLBean, offers a monogram design service on their website (similar to ours but not quite as elaborate) which allows clients to type in whatever text they want for embroidery on their bag.
An instagram account called @ironicboatandtote started posting images of bags that she came across on social media, the press, IRL, et cetera. And it's gone viral lately, helped by a couple of good articles in Harpers Bazaar (see image below), The New York Times and Vogue (second image below).
