January is a time for looking back, planning forward and making lists so here's our first of the year: our top 10 best selling products of 2021.
Interestingly, this year's list consists almost entirely of old classics, products that have stood the test of time. But there are a couple of new additions which took us by surprise.
So here we go, in descending order from most popular:
1. St James Wash Bag - The timeless seersucker cotton fabric makes this bag a charmer. It has broad appeal across ages and genders and wears all our monograms so well. No wonder it's been our number one product every year since it was launched.
2. Reusable Gift Bag - Our simple gift bag has turned in to an unlikely bestseller. The unbranded, cotton drawstring gift bag allows you to peek inside to make sure the monogramming belongs to the correct person before gifting, and it is a useful bag in its own right for shoes, lingerie, hair accessories or other gifts once the monogrammed goodies are unwrapped.
3. COM - What a surprise to see that client's own merchandise (COM) became our third most popular monogrammed product in 2021. It is so much fun to transform towels, pyjamas, bags, vintage linens, dress shirts and more (aren't these LuLuLemon bottles great?) with our monogram designs. So keep your eyes out in the January sales for anything that would look even better with a monogram.
4. Om Yoga Mat - The perfect yoga mat made even better with an embroidered monogram. Did you know our mat is machine washable?
5. Etched Insulated Bottle - Our personalised vacuum insulated drinks bottles remain firm favourites. We love that they keep water cold (and tea hot) all day long, no matter what the outside weather, and save the use of countless plastic bottles. Our clients love that they can be monogrammed in a wide range of font style choices.
6. Velvet Ribbons - We introduced our gorgeous velvet ribbons earlier this year and they've been wildly popular. We love the way they make a place setting so special, and can be taken home to be tied around a vase or basket or any other creative way.
7. Walton Wash Bag - Classic lines with striped canvas webbing made this a very popular new product in 2021. That it has a matching weekend bag makes it even better.
8. Luggage Tag - Our leather luggage tag with an embroidered monogram makes a classy finishing touch on a suitcase. It's been one of our best sellers for years.
9. Large Maine Boat Tote - A classic boat tote is one of the best bags ever... lightweight but strong enough to carry even the heaviest loads.
10. Scented Candle - Our all natural, naturally scented, plant wax candles come in frosted glass vessels that we laser etch with your monogram design, a house name, a logo or any other design. To date we've only offered white vessels but keep an eye out for a navy version that will launch soon!
